The collection documents the personal and professional life of American speculative fiction author and poet Thomas M. Disch. Evidence of Disch's creative process, relationships with contemporary authors, and wide-ranging writing style is found in the writings, which include autograph manuscript and typescript drafts and corrected proofs of Disch's novels, short stories, libretti, and poetry. Among the correspondents represented in the collection are Brian Aldiss, Philip K. Dick, and Michael Moorcock. The collection consists of diverse media and, in addition to audiovisual material, photographs, electronic files, and an art object, includes documentation of the development of Amnesia, a video game authored by Disch. The collection's chief research interests are its documentation of speculative fiction, science fiction, twentieth-century American poetry, and dystopian literature.

The Wilton Historical Society Photograph Collection contains photographs, slides, postcards, paintings, line drawings, and other imagery pertaining to Wilton history. Many of these items are loose; some are framed or matted;a large number are stored as they were originally arranged: in family photograph albums, personal scrapbooks, and slide carousels. The bulk of the collection is from the late nineteenth century through the mid-twentieth century.

This collection is an addendum to the publications, correspondence, reports, statements, and collected material documenting the work of the Washington Office on Africa found in Record Group 105. The Washington Office on Africa was founded in 1972 to support the movement for freedom from white-minority rule in southern Africa. Its activities have included the monitoring of Congressional legislation and executive policies and actions, as well as the publication of action alerts and other documentation designed to advance progressive legislation and policy on southern Africa. Supported by church bodies and unions, the WOA has worked in partnership with colleagues in Africa, the Africa advocacy community in the United States, and grassroots organizations concerned with various aspects of African affairs.

The papers consist of photocopies of correspondence, memoranda, clippings, printed material, transcripts of telephone conversations, and other declassified material from the national headquarters and New Haven, Connecticut office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, pertaining to the New Haven Chapter of the Black Panther Party. The papers document the investigation of the 1969 murder of Alex Rackley, the subsequent arrests of Bobby Seale and other party members, the surveillance of various demonstrations and protests, particularly those relating to May Day, 1970, and the 1971 trials of Seale and Erika Huggins.
