The Connecticut Historical Commission performed a variety of functions having to do with the preservation of historic sites and structures and other historical resources.

The records consist of attendance books, regional briefing binders, memoranda and gift reports, and correspondence documenting the activities and operations of the Campaign for Yale. Also includes correspondence and ledgers of the Yale Alumni Fund.

The collection consists of 35mm film slides (color and black and white) relating to New Haven area buildings, sites, and people, 1950-1979, with an emphasis on urban redevelopment projects, construction, and political events. A group of slides relating to New England log homes is also included.

Edwin Elliott Calverley, professor of Arabic and Islamic studies at Hartford Theological Foundaton from 1930 - 1965, had previously served as a missionary in Kuwait with his wife, Dr. Eleanor Taylor Calverley. His papers were processed in the mid 1970's, and remaining papers were processed fifty years later in 2024.

The materials consist of microfiche copies of monthly accounting statements from General Accounting Services.

The Robert A. Burt papers contain correspondence and class materials created and collected by Professor Robert A. Burt (LAW 64) during his tenure as Professor of Law at Yale Law School. These papers are directly related to his professional activities and do not contain personal papers. These papers span the years of 1974-2015.

The records consist of correspondence, reports, articles, minutes, and memoranda documenting the operations of the Yale Biological Safety Advisory Committee.

The papers document the musical theater career of Michael Bennett, spanning the dates 1950 to 1989 (with the bulk of the material spanning 1973 to 1986), and consisting of production files, correspondence, business papers, scripts, printed material, personal papers, audiovisual material, objects and photographs. The papers document the process of writing, choreographing, directing, and marketing Broadway musical productions such as Dreamgirls and A Chorus Line. The papers also document Bennett's personal life in the 1970s and 1980s.

The records consist of administrative records, correspondence, publications, subject files, and photographs documenting the history, structure, philosophies, and activities of the Coalition to Stop Trident as well as other groups working to stop the production and deployment of Trident submarines and missiles in Connecticut and New England. There are also subject files which place the local activities of these Connecticut groups into the context of the national and international disarmament movement.

The records consist of correspondence, minutes, reports and manuals documenting the operations and activities of the Yale Drama Alumni Association.
