The papers consist of correspondence, subject files, reports, meeting minutes, financial records, and other organization files that document Harold Edward Woodsum, Jr.'s terms on the board of directors of the National Audubon Society.

The materials comprise correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, printed ephemera, posters, photographs, and play scripts collected by Harold I. Seeley, Jr. that document the activities of the Arts Project of Cherry Grove, as well as the community of Cherry Grove, a lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) resort community on Fire Island, off the coast of Long Island, New York.

Correspondence from civilians and former army officers in Germany relating to Gordon's dissertation: The Reichswehr and the German Republic, 1919-1926 (Yale University, 1953). The letters from the civilians written between 1946 and 1951 discuss their recollections of the Nazi movement and contemporary economic and political conditions in Germany. The letters on the German army, responding to a questionnaire sent by Gordon are from Germany army officers, a British general, a German member of the French resistance and others with information on the army and foreign office personnel policies. Also included are correspondence, documents, and writings relating to the Hitler Putsch of 1923, to the Beer Hall Putsch, and to the Hamburg KDP Revolt of 1923.

The papers consist of correspondence, administrative files, subject files, printed materials and reports of Harold J. Mayers. The papers also contain files from six national and Washington, D.C., public health and tuberculosis organizations, including the American Public Health Association and National Tuberculosis Association. These papers form part of the Contemporary Medical Care and Health Policy Collection.

The papers include correspondence, notes, and photographs which document Harold John Lutz's scholarly interests in the field of forestry, primarily soil science, ecology, and forest lands in Alaska.

Poet and novelist Harold Norse was born 6 July 1916, in New York, N.Y. He attended Brooklyn College (now Brooklyn College of the City University of New York, B.A., 1938) and New York University (M.A., 1951).

The papers consist of correspondence, diaries, memoranda, notes, writings, clippings, and subject files documenting the personal life and professional career of Harold Phelps Stokes. His interests in United States foreign policy and domestic politics, the Alger Hiss case, the Paris Peace Conference, New York City politics and government, prison reform, and journalism are documented. Stokes corresponded with many prominent American political and social figures.
