The records consist of the administrative files of the Associate University Librarian for Public Services at Yale University Library.

Collection of 55 Chinese and Japanese facsimile scrolls (total of 37 works), full-size and miniature format handscrolls and hanging scrolls. Each scroll is identified and labeled in English, some have accompanying information leaflets. Each scroll has been assigned an identification number. From various sources including purchases, gifts, and transfers from Yale University Art Gallery Print Room. No further documentation found.

The records consist of administrative files, reports, correspondence, and personnel and student records documenting the Department of the History of Science and Medicine (known as the Department of the History of Medicine prior to 1959) at the Yale Medical School. Included are the records of the department chairs John Farquhar Fulton, Frederick Lawrence Holmes, Derek John de Solla Price, and Lloyd Grenfell Stevenson, and the correspondence of professors George Rosen and Henry Ernest Sigerist.

The Carl Van Vechten Papers includes correspondence, writings, photographs, scrapbooks and albums, and artwork documenting Carl Van Vechten's activities as a writer, photographer, and patron of the arts.

The papers are comprised of writings, collected ephemera, correspondence, book and article research materials, and audio-visual materials documenting the personal and professional lives of Christopher Phillips.

Correspondence, notes, drafts, clippings of cases from court reporters, all relating to Hazard's work as principal writer of Restatement of the Law: Second Judgements (St. Paul, American Law Institute Publishers, 1982).

The records consist of correspondence, speeches, presentations, and photographs documenting the tenure of Dr. Donald J. Cohen as director of the Child Study Center at the Yale School of Medicine. Records of Guidance Nursery and School Development Program and records created by Katherine Wolf are also included.

The materials consist of videotaped interviews with members of the Yale College Class of 1958 and a speech by Donald M. Caruthers given at their 50th Class reunion.

The papers document the personal life and literary career of Bryher. Her extensive correspondence includes letters from H. D., Robert MacAlmon, Kenneth MacPherson, Norman Holmes Pearson, Sylvia Beach, Norman Douglas, Horace Gregory, Islay Lyons, and Edith Sitwell, and from many other
figures in the fields of literature, psychoanalysis, and film. There are manuscripts of many of her works, including fragments of an unpublished volume of autobiography; financial and personal papers; material collected by Bryher on "boys' books" authors such as R. M. Ballantyne and G. A. Henty; and documentation of Bryher's interest in film and the making of Borderline (1930).

The records consist of correspondence, printed materials, speeches, committee files, reports, scripts, theses, and budgets documenting the activities of the dean of the Yale School of Drama. Included are records of Deans Robert Brustein, Howard Stein, and Lloyd Richards.
