Abstract: Victor Vaitkus was born in Lithuania and came to Waterbury in 1949. He worked for 27 years as a crane operator in the rod mill at Scovill's. He talks about WWII and the post war years when he was one of 300 Lithuanian refugees arriving in Waterbury. Talk about the Brooklyn neighborhood.
