The album consists of photographs of buildings and grounds of Yale and New Haven, Connecticut taken on February 23, 1913. It documents Joy L. Leonard's (Yale 1911) guided tour of New Haven, accompanied by Charlotte Marsh, for his guests Lucy Harris and James Roberts of New York City. Leonard later gave the album to his guests as a souvenir of their trip. Of particular note are images of the Sheffield Scientific School campus, the athletic fields in Westville, Old Campus and its environs, the New Haven Green, and a fold-out map of the city, with annotations.

The family of Abraham and Rebekah Bettelheim Kohut were prominent in the New York Jewish community, and involved in relgious affairs and education. The Kohut School for Girls was operated in New York City from 1899-1905 by Rebekah Kohut. The papers consist primarily of Kohut family memorabilia, photographs, correspondence, and other material. Also included are two ledgers from the Kohut School for Girls for academic year 1904-1905 listing students' names with charges for tuition, books, and other details.

Included are prompt scripts, notes, photographs, cast lists, rehearsal schedules, sheet music, budgets, ground plans, stage designs (sketches), programs, posters, sound recordings, and newsclippings. Also included are a complete set of meeting minutes of the Yale Dramatic Association from 1960 to 1968 and a small amount of correspondence.
