The Georgiĭ Adamovich Papers contain correspondence and printed works which provide information about Adamovich's literary life.

The papers include personal and professional correspondence, writings, scripts, photographs, legal and financial documents, production programs, personal memorabilia, artwork, audiovisual material, press clippings and other printed material documenting Page's personal life and career as a stage, film, and television actress. Correspondence with family members (including her parents and her husband, the actor Rip Torn), friends, and professional colleagues (including Cheryl Crawford, Elia Kazan, Sissy Spacek, and others), as well as fan mail dates from the 1920s through 1987. Scripts for stage, film, and television include annotated scripts for productions in which she performed as well as scripts sent to her and her husband for review, some accompanied by cover letters. Photographic material includes family portraits and candid photographs, head shots, and production photographs from Page's stage and film productions. Her work is further documented by press clippings and other printed material. Records relating to the production of the films Sweet Bird of Youth and Nasty Habits include contracts, casting call sheets, script pages, and photographs. Also included in the papers are records regarding her work with the Actors Studio and other organizations. The papers also include artwork by Page and others, and personal items including address books, date books, stationery, and articles of clothing.

The collection consists of writings, correspondence, research and teaching material, photographs, printed material, audiovisual material, computer disks, and other papers, documenting the literary and academic career of Gerald Robert Vizenor and relating to many of his published works on Native American literature, history, and culture.

The collection contains materials documenting the artistic, professional, and personal activities of Gerard Malanga. Materials include correspondence, research and subject files, drafts and printed versions of writings, photographic materials, audiovisual materials, printed materials, and artwork. There is correspondence with publishers and editors, galleries and cultural organizations, writers, friends, and family. The research files and writings document work by Malanga and others. There are drafts, autograph manuscript and typescript, of a great many individual poems by Malanga and more extensive, though scattered files for collections of poems and other book-length projects, such as Ten Years After (1977), This Will Kill That (1983), Mythologies of the Heart (1996), and Scopophilia (1985). Materials can also be found for projects that relate to Malanga's work as a photograph archivist for the New York City Parks Department, including books on Robert Moses and public swimming facilities in the city. Photographic materials include negatives, contact sheets, and prints, and feature portraits of writers and artists, chiefly American poets, dating from the late 1960s and early 1970s. Audiovisual materials include audiocassettes, reel-to-reel sound recordings, and optical media, including readings and performances by Malanga and others. Printed materials include posters, issues of magazines, clippings, and ephemera.

The collection consists of material documenting aspects of the life and work of the Jungian analysts Gerhard Adler and Hella Adler. Material includes drawings, sketchbooks, diagnostic and other notes, handwriting samples, correspondence, and other material. Included are numerous oil, gouache, watercolor, chalk, and pencil "dream drawings," and drawings and sketches in books, on loose sheets, oil boards, and card scrolls.

Letters to Gertrude Buckman from various writers, poets, and editors, including John Berryman, James Laughlin, Adrienne Rich, Kurt Vonnegut, and Robert Penn Warren. Letters date from circa 1944-1997 and include a small amount of letters from unidentified correspondents.

The Gertrude Stein and Alice B. Toklas Collection contains manuscripts, letters, photographs, clippings, artworks, and research materials relating to the life and work of Gertrude Stein and her companion, Alice B. Toklas gathered during the years following Stein's death to supplement the Gertrude Stein and Alice B. Toklas Papers (YCAL MSS 76). Items from such friends and admirers as Elizabeth Fuller Chapman, Doda Conrad, Clement Hurd, Samuel Steward, and Donald Sutherland complement the original group of Stein papers.
Series I, Writings, includes drafts of works by Stein and several posthumously published items, along with a group of writings by Alice B. Toklas. Series II, Correspondence, contains long runs of letters from Stein to: Edward Aswell, Henry Phelan Gibb, William Garland Rogers, Samuel Steward, Donald Sutherland, and Virgil Thomson, all of which were acquired from the original recipients and several outgoing letters from Gertrude Stein and from Alice Toklas.
Series III, Other Papers, contains research materials from Stein scholars, files from the Atlantic Monthly concerning their publication of Stein's work, several musical settings of Stein works, and Doda Conrad's files concerning a fund for Alice Toklas.
Series IV and V contain Printed Materials and Series VI contains Photographs, some of Stein and Toklas, but principally of artworks owned by Stein and of posthumous productions of Stein plays.
Series VII and VIII (Artworks and Objects), includes a collage painting by Pablo Picasso and a number of paintings by Sir Francis Rose. Series IX, Film and Sound Recordings, contains a film of Stein and Toklas at the Hotel Pernollet in Belley France around 1927 and several audio recordings of Stein readings her works.

The Gertrude Stein and Alice B. Toklas Papers contain manuscripts of writings, letters, clippings, photographs, artworks, and personal papers relating to the life and work of Gertrude Stein and her companion, Alice B. Toklas, and to Gertrude's brother, Leo Stein, an artist and writer. As well as holding the bulk of Stein's literary output (often described as "experimental" or "cubist" writing), the materials document Stein and Toklas' involvement with the literary and art scene in Paris during the first half of the 20th century.
Series I, Writings, contains holograph and typescript drafts of the majority of Gertrude Stein's writings, including "The Autobiography of Alice B. Toklas," "The Making of Americans" (complete with a quantity of notes, or "studies"), "Tender Buttons" and a group of unpublished fragments and carnets, notebooks kept by Stein with preliminary drafts of writings.
Series II, Correspondence of Gertrude Stein, contains letters sent from a wide variety of Stein's friends: artists such as Georges Bracque, Jean Cocteau, and Pablo Picasso; writers such as Sherwood Anderson, Ernest Hemingway, and Thornton Wilder; and acquaintances through many years such as Mildred Aldrich, Etta and Claribel Cone, Robert Haas, Mabel Dodge Luhan,Sir Francis Rose, Virgil Thomson, and Carl Van Vechten. Series III, Third Party Letters and Series IV, Alice B. Toklas Correspondence, contain letters from many of the same people, the latter group containing Alice Toklas's correspondence following Gertrude Stein's death.
Series V, Personal Papers, and Series VI, Clippings, gather together various personal affects of Stein and Toklas as well as documentation of Stein's life as reported during her lifetime.
Series VII, Photographs, show Stein from early childhood through 1946, the year she died. Prints showing Alice Toklas, various friends, artworks, and locales are included in this series, as are several volumes of prints made by Carl Van Vechten.
Series VIII and IX contain numerous artworks and objects given by Stein and Toklas. Included here are a painting by Pablo Picasso and a sketch by Henri Matisse.
