The Emily Arnold McCully Papers consist of sketches and artwork for eight of her books: The Taxing Case of the Cows, the Divide, Old Home Day, Ballot Box Battle, Ballerina Swan, My Heart Glow, Secret Seder, and The Helpful Puppy.

Emily A. Nakos was a 1970 graduate of the University of Connecticut. The collection contains realia documenting her nursing career.

The collection contains correspondence, emails, lectures, newspaper clippings, notes, photographs, and writings regarding Eric Reeves' advocacy, research, and analysis of the humanitarian crisis and genocide in Sudan and Darfur from 1999 onward. The collection also contains documents regarding the court case, Presbyterian Church of Sudan et al. vs. Talisman Energy Inc, Sudan.

Eric W. Carlson was an Emeritus Professor of English at the University of Connecticut, teaching from 1942 to 1979. Professor Carlson was a notable scholar of Edgar Allen Poe and Ralph Waldo Emerson, producing numerous articles and books about the authors. His papers consist of notes, manuscripts, correspondence, syllabi, lectures, reports, and other assorted materials related to his tenure as a professor at the University of Connecticut.

The collection contains federal, state, state agricultural experiment station and Extension System publications, brochures, bulletins and publications collected by the Staebners.

Malleable Iron Fittings was incorporated in 1864 in Branford, Connecticut, to manufacture iron pipe fillings. It was acquired by Waltham Industries in 1969 and closed its doors in 1971. The collection consists of photographs of the company's shop floor, some possibly taken by Ernest G.L. Craig, an electrical and plant engineer at the company from 1935 to 1968.

Ernest R. Olson, Jr. worked for the Interstate Commerce Commission as Associate Director in the Office of Policy and Analysis and as Assistant Director of Traffic. The collection contains a variety of materials pertaining to railroads beyond the New England area.

Esphyr Slobodkina was an artist, illustrator, and children's book author. Materials in the collection are comprised of illustrations, manuscripts, and other documents related to the publication of her works. There are also various materials related to her personal life.

In 1987, the Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian Alliance of Connecticut (ELLA) was formed to alert federal and state officials on issues concerning their respective countries. In particular, ELLA was formed to provide the media with accurate information on Baltic causes. Through these efforts, ELLA promotes a better understanding of the historic Baltic peoples as well as their contemporary problems.
