Mary Tully, wife of Dr. William Tully, died September 8, 1853. The copy of her will left the residue of her personal property to Edward C. Herrick, New Haven, to be held by him in trust for her surviving children, Sarah, Elizabeth Lay, and William. Also includes "Estate of Mrs. Mary Tully in Account with L. A. Thomas," n.d.; and "Edwd. C. Herrick, trustee of estate of Mary Tully," n.d.
