Inserted in Scott's personal copy of the British Bankruptcy and Jury Acts, published in 1814 and 1815. The Acts are bound together, with blank leaves between, with manuscript forms of Interlocutors in Sequestration, not in Scott's hand, but with corrections by Scott.
