This material is from the "chron file" maintained by Lottie Genevieve Bishop, who donated it to the Historical Library. Bishop, a graduate of Mt. Holyoke College in 1906, began to work as a secretary at Yale in 1911. She served as Executive Secretary in the Yale School of Medicine from 1928 until her retirement in 1953.
