This series consists of a wide range of material relating broadly to Kramer's various professional activities, including his film work, his AIDS advocacy and activism, especially his work with Gay Men's Health Crisis (GMHC) and AIDS Coalition to Unleash Power (ACT UP), and his non-literary writing. Material includes correspondence, printed material, notes and notebooks, research material, typescripts of articles and speeches, clippings of interviews and articles by and about Kramer, and other office files.
