The session took place on May 26-28, 1958. Included are an address by the President of the Assembly and speeches by the chief delegates of a number of countries.

A. Winslow, Ira V. Hiscock, and Claude W. Munger, 1946. A copy of the survey has been cataloged separately and is in the Historical Library.
