The papers consist of letters and notes concerning Ernst Toller vs. Maurice Schwartz, 1936-1937. Weinberger was retained by Toller to represent him in a dispute with Maurice Schwartz of the Freiheit Publishing House over the rights to Toller's play Bloody Laughter.

Weinberger collected numerous pamphlets and booklets about the Mooney case and the controversy that it aroused. These materials are filed in this section.
