Typescript, except for autograph manuscript table of contents (1 p.) which relates possibly to the manuscript version. This has additions in the hand of BCM relating to the typed copy. The typed table of contents (1 p.) includes the page numbers of both the typescript and the manuscript, and also includes a list of FTM's published works, 1904-09, in the hand of FTM Box 25, Folder 1339
