The series contains published and draft writings and lectures by Dworkin, as well as writings by other authors. Writings exist in both typescript and manuscript formats, and the series includes photocopies and offprints of published materials. Some correspondence and research materials pertaining to the writings are also included. Note that additional writings, both drafts and published writings, can be found in other series, particularly the Numerical Files and Subject Files.
