Abstract
The Danbury Preservation Trust brainstormed numerous ideas on what to do with Hearthstone Castle after Danbury's purchase of the property. The committee studied other similar buildings in nearby towns and what has been done with them. The committee decided there were two viable options for the property: one in which the city would repair the castle and then lease it out for events, another in which a leasee would be responsible for repairs and would be given a long-term lease.
They reiterate the historical and architectural significance of the property.
