Jacob Weed sold to Ebenezer Pickit for the sum of 30 pounds one piece of land in Danbury [fields?] that joined to land of Ebenezer Pickit on the north branch of Beaverbrook ("so called") and the western line, running from the Pickit's southwest corner along the bank south to Nichol's Corner and east to Benjamin Barnum's land and south by Weed's other land.
