General

Rudner was Dean of Graduate Studies and extension services, and a professor in the School of Education. He came to DSC after being the superintendent of New Milford schools as an adjunct and then transitioned to being full-time in 1966-1967. He then served three years as dean of administrative affairs and then Graduate Studies.
