Information covers Dr. Isaac Foster, Deputy Director of Hospitals for the Eastern complaint concerning neglect, lack of medical treatment for soldiers and criticism of Dr. Foster. Research on his defense against removal gives insight into local conditions and the political climate in this area in 1779.
