Series includes: Constitutions, original papers of orginization, administrative boards and commitees, legal-permits and orders, financial grants, correspondence, rules and regulation documents, directories of member groups, and procedural directives.

The financial materials included in this collection were donated to provide evidence that appropriate procedures were followed and to provide examples of the process of maintaining the Intercultural Association and conducting their different activities. All of the printing for the Intercultural Association was performed by a Mr. Connie Shuler, who lived in Danbury during the time, and the Association's bank account was kept with Union Savings Bank - Danbury. After the disolution of the Greater Danbury Intercultural Association the funds remaining in the account were donated to the Danbury Museum and Historical Society.
