This collection consists of one box and three oversize items. Folders A through C hold deeds; Folder D probate papers; Folder E maps and military papers; Folder F financial and legal papers; Folder G legal papers and correspondence; Folder H an address by William Brewster Minuse; and Folder I a family Bible which belonged to Caleb Brewster. The oversize items are maps which are stored in the Fairfield Historical Society map case. For further details, see the Table of Contents.

The collection is housed in one box and made up of three folders and one oversize item. The deeds are arranged by date in Folder A as are the bills and bills receipted in Folder B. Folder C contains Oliver H. Meeker's day book and Emily Meeker's autograph book. The oversize item is the Meeker family Bible which is kept at Ogeden House in season.

The collection is housed in one box and primarily consists of letters to Lucien C. Warner. Many of them are from prominent people including Rutherford B. Hayes, Grover Cleveland and Andrew Carnegie. Folder C holds a scrapbook of newspaper clippings (1887-1917) about the Warner family.
