Contains correspondence and memos concerning donations (and possible donations) made by the Croziers to Connecticut College. There are also materials documenting the disposition of Mary Crozier's estate.

The first folder contains material related to moving the Williams Memorial Institute in 1954 from its original location in downtown New London to land adjacent to Connecticut College. The remaining folders document Charles Shain's activities on the Williams School board of trustees.
