This project was first overseen by Dr. Marcy May and Archivist Brian Stevens to engage students with history through oral history.  Students are required to research the Vietnam War in addition to receiving some training on conducting a successful interview.

Veterans are asked some questions prior to the formal interview in order to help focus the discussion.  The interviewees are also given copies of the interview questions prior to the recording.
