Norwalk, Connecticut was settled in 1650 and the first church was established in 1652 under the ministry of Thomas Hanford.
This volume contains  an historical sketch,the Articles of Faith, and a list of members from 1807 to 1885.

Edwin Hall, pastor from 1832 to 1855, published a compilation of the histirical records of the town of Norwalk in 1847:
