Abstract
One of a series of propaganda-oriented advertisements published by the American Locomotive Company. This one shows a noose in the foreground and a gallows in the background with five bodies hanging, warning Americans of the possibility that the United States could lose the war without the complete dedication of all citizens to the war effort.
