This is a news clipping posted in the Danbury News Times on December 3, 1942. Danbury at the time had contributed 226 young men to the Army of the United States. In this particular news clipping, it mentions a total of fifty young draftees, of which Truman Warner is included, who would be joining the Army and sent to Europe to be a part of the Second World War.
