Halcyon's family had tendency to find wills and other documents under mysterious circumstances which benefitted them.

• In 1900, Halcyon found a will leaving a the bulk of Sarah Clason's estate to his sister-in-law, Tamar Bailey.
• In 1911, Tamar Bailey again benefited from dieing relative. Her sister, Lavina Hooper, supposedly forgave a large loan and signed over real estate on her death bed.

Ok, that isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice.
