The Albert Mathewson Papers consist of correspondence, financial, business and legal records and genealogical material of the Lanman, Trumbull and Huntington families, ancestors of Mathewson. His own personal papers (1888-1941) are largely related to his professional activities, with the Connecticut State Shellfish Commission, among others.

Chiefly a volume of copies of the decrees, ordinances, and statutes of the Bern city council and chancellery, probably compiled shortly after the French conquest of Bern in 1798. Also in the papers are original documents relating to military expenditures of Ormont (Vaud canton) and Bern in the 1700s.

The Storrs Tennis Association was established to foster the game within the environs of Storrs, Connecticut, and was open to residents over the age of eighteen. The Association was in existence from circa 1915 through 1947.

The records consist of financial files documenting the Commons, a Yale dining hall.

The collection consists of payroll vouchers, traffic vouchers, correspondence, deposit slips, financial documents and other materials associated with the Hartford & New Haven Railroad, the Central New England Railway, the Philadephia, Reading & New England Railroad, the New York & Boston Railroad and other railroad lines in southern New England and eastern New York. Much of the correspondence is to John Brock, president of the Philadelphia, Reading & New England Railroad and the Hartford and Connecticut Western Railroad.Central New England Railway.

The collection consists of correspondence, military orders, muster rolls, and family material. Letters from John Geary's wife, Margaret, and brother, Edward, reflect political thinking on the national level. There is material from court martial proceedings, including the charges against Capt. Samuel H. Montgomery.

This is a small collection of the records of the Town of Danbury. It includes Selectmen, financial, School Board, Town Clerk, and Town Counsel records. Materials document town construction projects, social welfare, roads, the School Board, the airport, the 1955 Danbury flood, the agreement between the town and the AFSCME/AFL-CIO, the 1934 project for sewers, drains and treatment plant, town audits, town taxes and 1950s fallout shelters. These documents include announcements of upcoming Town Meetings, school bonds, budgets, property transactions, petitions, tax revaluation and appeals, town financial statements and a ledger of Registered Physicians in Danbury.

Extensive correspondence, diaries, writings, collected material, and photographs document the medical mission work of Lorenzo and Ruth Bennett Morgan in Jiangsu and Anhui provinces as well as Lorenzo Morgan's internment in Shanghai during World War II. The work of mission hospitals, famine relief, plague treatment, mission politics, mission family life, and political events in China are documented. The Morgans were medical missionaries in China, serving under the Presbyterian and Methodist mission boards from 1905 to 1946.

The records consist of correspondence, recommendations, letters, newspaper clippings, printed materials, applications, and nominations documenting the 1978 search committee for a dean of the Yale School of Drama.

The Muriel Draper Papers document the personal life and artistic and political interests of Muriel Draper. Major correspondents include George Antheil, Samuel Courtauld, Paul Draper, Max Ewing, Lincoln Kirstein, Walter Lowenfels, and Mark Tobey. The collection also contains manuscripts of many of Draper's writings, including the largely unpublished America Deserta, and records of her activities as a member of the Congress of American Women, the League of American Writers, and similar organizations.
