The collection consists primarily of the correspondence of Robert Hauser and Michael McCurdy, friends and business associates from 1967 to 2003, as well as detailed documentation of the their collaboration in the creation of Face to Face. In addition, the collection contains prospectus mailers, signed prints, original wood block engravings, and photographs ranging from 1967 to 2000, which document both the friendship and professional collaboration of the two men.

These records primarily document the last decade of the SVM's autonomous existence, 1949-1959, complementing the records found in Record Group No. 42. The Student Volunteer Movement for Foreign Missions was an organization that sought to recruit college and university students in the United States for missionary service. In 1959, the Student Volunteer Movement, the United Student Christian Council, and the Interseminary Committee merged to form the National Student Christian Federation.

Hans Wilhelm Frei Papers, 1953-1992

The papers document in a thorough way the last two decades of Frei's professional career - his writings, lectures, courses taught at Yale, and University-related activities. Hans Wilhelm Frei was born in Germany in 1922, attended secondary school in England, and emigrated to the United States in 1938. He received a B.S. from North Carolina State College, a B.D. from Yale Divinity School, and a Ph.D. from Yale. He was professor of religion at Wabash College and the Episcopal Theological Seminary of the Southwest before joining the Yale faculty in 1957. Frei served as Master of Ezra Stiles College from 1972 to 1980. He was chairman of the Department of Religious Studies at Yale from 1983 to 1986. He died in 1988.

It was established in 1988 as the research arm of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Nursing Association (MARNA) and the New England Organization for Nursing (NEON). The ENRS region includes Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington, D.C.

The collection consists primarily of material created and accumulated by Charles Fenton in the course of researching and writing books on Stephen Vincent Benét and Ernest Hemingway. Research material includes correspondence about Benét and Hemingway, Fenton's notes about their lives and careers, and index cards with which Fenton organized his research. In addition to research on Benét and Hemingway, the collection contains a smaller amount of research material on the topic of "Writer in America" and the history of The National Institute of Arts and Letters, as well as notes regarding Fenton's World War II anthology and notes on American writers. The collection also contains professional and personal papers, including manuscripts and teaching materials from Fenton's years as a lecturer at Duke University.

The 17th Regiment Orderly Book (2011-89-0) was maintained from May 1, 1816 to Sept 3, 1827. The book contains general rolls which start May 1, 1816 and end May 7, 1827. The rolls list every member of the regiment that year, when they joined, and reason for removals from the regiment. There are a few orders at the end of the book.
