Last will and testament of Oliver Wolcott dated April 29, 1794 and established April 18, 1798.

Sarah and Ephraim Wolcott to Elizabeth Porter, all of East Windsor, deed to 32 acres of land.

Located on the corner of Meadow Street, this house was built for Curtis Hatheway as a summer home in 1895, Later owners included Rev. & Mrs. Edward Norman Curry. Photographs taken in 1946.

Request that Mr. Whiting allow the bearer (unnamed) to have two dollars in goods and charge the same to S. Wolcott of Litchfield.

Folder contains two 5" x 7" photographs of portraits. One of Laura Wolcott's husband Robert Rankin. The other of Laura Maria Wolcott Rankin. Other photos identify Elizabeth Hungton Wolcott, wife of John P. Jackson. One B&W 4" x 4" photo showing a portrait of Hungton Wolcott hanging above the fireplace with his great, great, great nephew, Neilson Abeel seated below.
