Administrative Records is composed of all the documents needed for operating a chapter of the ASM (by-laws, constitutions, operation manuals.) Communication with the National Office and committee chairmen along with annual finance reports and letters from the chairman appear in this series. The rest of the series is comprised of member and student affairs, educational committees and lectures, award nominations, yearbook information, and organizational event data.
