The papers consist of correspondence from Erik Seeger to his parents in Denmark. The letters chronicle his daily activities, emphasizing his professional responsibilities which necessitated extensive travel in central Morocco to establish and service roadside pumping stations. Seeger describes his itineraries and customers, as well as local customs, festivals, political events, and the expatriate life. Approximately three hundred photographs of Moroccan people and sites complete the collection.

The collection consists of correspondence and printed matter which document Erik Waller's bibliophilia. The collection, which was assembled in the Yale Medical Historical Library, includes Waller's correspondence with Harvey Cushing and John Fulton.

The collection consists of printed material relating to the political and social conditions in Eritrea and a photograph album of life in Eritrea.

Correspondence, writings, and collected material document the Ikenberrys' work in China and the U.S. Ernest and Olivia Ikenberry were American missionaries in China from 1922-1951, serving under the Church of the Brethren. Following their return from China they served at a Church of the Brethren mission among the Navajo Indians in Lybrook, New Mexico.

The collection consists of correspondence, biographies, and ephemera pertaining to the life, career, and memory of Ernest Bloch.

This collection consists of the research papers of Ernest Caulfield on individual gravestone carvers and on individual cemeteries in Connecticut, along with lectures and presentations, correspondence, articles, and photographs collected and written by Caulfield and colleague James Slater.

The collection contains federal, state, state agricultural experiment station and Extension System publications, brochures, bulletins and publications collected by the Staebners.

Approximately 100 autograph letters, signed, from Ernest E. Young to Janet Buschman, 1954 June 23-1955 July 18, undated; and 8 sketchbooks containing architectural drawings of San Francisco, California, buildings; interior designs; book illustrations; ships and trains; and human figures and animals, 1974-2005, undated. Accompanied by a scrapbook kept by Buschman during her time as treasurer of the San Mateo Junior College Flying Club, 1948-1949, and 8 letters from Buschman's sister, Iris Buschman, 1953 August 27-1954 December 2.

Malleable Iron Fittings was incorporated in 1864 in Branford, Connecticut, to manufacture iron pipe fillings. It was acquired by Waltham Industries in 1969 and closed its doors in 1971. The collection consists of photographs of the company's shop floor, some possibly taken by Ernest G.L. Craig, an electrical and plant engineer at the company from 1935 to 1968.

The Hemingway collection consists of letters, manuscripts, photographs and artwork related to Ernest Hemingway. There are original letters and copies of letters from Hemingway to Grace Quinlan Otis, Edward K. Thompson and others. Writings include a photocopy of a typescript draft of "A Moveable Feast," a typescript draft of "Today is Friday," a galley proof of "A Hemingway Reader," and galley proofs of manuscripts by Carlos Baker, Charles A. Fenton, Leicester Hemingway, Lillian Ross, Marcelline Hemingway Sanford and Philip Young. There are also photographs of Hemingway as a young man and representations of Hemingway in artwork by Arthur Hawkins and Justin Sturm.
