The Erastus W. Burnham collection documents the life of Erastus W. Burnham of South Windsor. It contains Burnham's correspondence, including letters from aboard a whaling boat near New Zealand (1851-1852), 77 Civil War letters (1862-1865), and letters from Burnham's inlaws in Glasgow, Scotland (1855-1870). It also contains Civil War and veterans association ephemera, a collection of about 500 Native American artifacts from South Windsor, and biographical and genealogical material.

Series II, Writings, consists of typescript or printed versions of manuscripts from all contributing writers and biographical statements.
The Erica Van Horn papers, which span from 1970s-2011, contains artworks, mock-ups, correspondence, notebooks, objects, clippings, photographs, ephemera, electronic media, and other papers related to Van Horn's life and work.
This collection consists of unique prints created by Erica Van Horn. The prints complement her one-of-a-kind books and other printed work. The prints are chiefly etchings combined with chine collé on watercolor paper, as well as monoprints that depict Saint Sebastian. Each of the prints has title and a signature or signed initials inscribed by Van Horn.

His papers consist of notes, manuscripts, correspondence, syllabi, lectures, reports, and other assorted materials related to his tenure as a professor at the University of Connecticut.
