The Women+ For Change records include photographs, scrapbooks, calendars, posters, and other promotional materials from 2008-2024 related to the student organization and its efforts to promote feminism and positive self-image outside of class discussions.

The collection contains printed ephemera and photographs related to Wion's career as a flutist from 1956-2019. Ephemera includes newspaper clippings of stories and reviews of Wion's performances and recordings, as well as programs from various performances and talks. The photographs are mostly publicity photographs and portraits, but there are also candid photographs from concerts, meetings, and conferences. The collection also includes a digital copy of Wion's memoir, Wood, Silver and Gold.

The collection contains correspondence, reports, memorandums, printed ephemera, meeting minutes, photographs, and audio-visual recordings from the Ward College of Technology from 1948 until its merger with the College of Engineering in 2003.

The collection contains the records of WWUH from 1967 to 2008. Included within this collection are program guides, meeting records, photographs, newspapers, scrapbooks, and clippings.

The majority of the collection pertains to the programs offered or funded by the Women's Advancement Initiative.

The collection consists of recordings made by the University of Hartford Student Television Network Channel 2 (STN2) from 1992 to 2021. The majority of the collection consists of aircheck and show tapes of their newscasts from 1992-2014. These tapes are primarily UMatic tapes, but there are also DVCPro, VHS, and MiniDV tapes as well. The collection includes original digital news broadcasts starting in Fall 2012. The collection also includes recordings of sports and other special events.

The collection contains digital Student Government Association (SGA) records including agendas, meeting minutes, resolutions, constitutions, and other SGA notes and resources from 2020-2022.

The University of Hartford Staff Council (UHSC) records consists primarily of general and executive board meeting records including agendas, minutes, and reports from 1997-2016. The records also include additional subject files from 2000-2015 including membership information, constitutions and bylaws, correspondence, pamphlets, and other matters related to staff and the council.

This collection consists of memos, correspondence, and working files created by the Office of the President of the University of Hartford primarily during the administrations of Humphrey Tonkin and Walter Harrison. The collection also contains a smaller amount of material generated during the tenure of Stephen Trachtenberg.

The collection contains reference files on individuals and topics associated with the University of Hartford.

The collection contains records of the Hartford Art School, as well as material gathered about the school. The collection contains some histories written about the school, photographs and information about the art school's buildings and facilities; financial records; Corporator, Board, and Committee records; information and clippings about art school personnel; records of the HAS Auxiliary and their popular House and Garden Tours; materials pertaining to events and exhibitions of student and faculty works; photographs and clippings of HAS Students; and copies of student publications and theses (1969-1988). Most of the material dates from the early 1900s through the 1980s. The Hartford Art School Inc. also maintains an archive which contains some of the school's earliest records.

The collection consists of faculty senate meeting minutes, committee records, and subject files from 1960 to 2014. The collection documents the academic issues and decisions made by the Faculty Senate primarily concerning faculty policies and curriculum of the University.

At this time, the majority of the collection consists of records pertaining to the creation of the University High School of Science and Engineering. This includes designs for the physical space, as well as plans for, and evaluations of, the curriculum and operations of the school. The remainder of the collection is rather small and currently includes only a small number of photographs and a subject file pertaining to CETA.

The collection consists primarily of subject files including annual reports, accreditations and self-studies, public information, correspondence, histories, buildings and facilities records, and some material about individual faculty members. The collection also includes photographs and videotapes.

The collection contains the records of the College of Arts and Sciences regarding its faculty, staff, and departments. Materials include administrative records, photographs, newspapers, letters/memo, advertisements, flyers and brochures, faculty records, and other related media are included within this collection. These records originate from 1939 to 2021. The bulk of the records are from 1960 to 1990.

The collection consists of the records of The Associates of the University of Hartford. The majority of the records are brochures and membership rosters, but the collection also contains event invitations, articles, press releases, and printed ephemera.

This collection consists of newspaper clippings, press releases, correspondence, memos, University publications and other material that were generated and/or collected by the University of Hartford regarding student unrest at the University of Hartford and other campuses in the United States during the 1960s and 1970s. Protests and student activism were directed at a range of issues like civil rights, the Vietnam War, and free speech, as well as more local issues impacting the student newspaper and student government. Much of the material was originally collected by Alan Wilson.

This collection documents the early history of the University of Hartford, beginning with the original talks held by the founders. The collection contains original legal documents, blueprints, correspondence, memos, receipts, and photographs. There are also several written and oral histories written about the founding from the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s.

The collection consists of newspaper clippings, press releases, programs, planning documents, photographs, and recordings pertaining to convocations, commencements, and other University hosted events (primarily speakers, lectures, conferences, and other ceremonies) from 1957 to the present. The collection is not exhaustive and information pertaining to events may be found in other collections.

This collection contains every issue of the University of Hartford Studies in Literature (UHSL) from 1969 - 1991, as well as a few memorandums, press releases, clippings, and a photograph.
