The collection consists of administrative records of Centerbank (Center Financial Corporation), dated mostly from the period of when it merged with Waterbury Savings Bank in 1989 to its demise in 1996.

The collection contains correspondence, clippings, notes, and memorabilia associated with the Class of 1929 and Mr. Anderson's role as class representative to the Alumni Association.

The Charles A. Wheeler Papers contains correspondence and ephemeral materials pertaining to his association with Storrs Agricultual College, now the University of Connecticut. Mr. Wheeler was a mathematics instructor who also taught free-hand drawing and surveying at the College from 1897 to 1930. He is also identified as the College Engineer. His wife, Maude K. Wheeler taught Domestic Science (Home Economics) at the College from 1898 to 1900.

The Charles B. Gunn Collection consists of papers produced by and about Gunn, as well as materials he collected of historical information about the New York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad Company, Penn Central, Amtrak, and Conrail. The collection includes photographs taken by Gunn when he served as official photographer for the New York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad Company, in the mid-1950s.

Manuscripts, letters, personal papers, faculty papers, notebooks, lecture notes, photographs, and published materials documenting the writings and life of poet, classicist, student of Charles Olson (State University of New York Buffalo), and University of Connecticut English faculty Charles Boer.

Charles Emory Smith, born 18 February 1842, in Mansfield, CT, was the son of Emory Boutelle and Arvilla Topliff (Royce) Smith. The family relocated to Albany, NY, when Charles was seven and he attended public schools and the Albany Academy, from which he graduated at sixteen. He graduated from Union College in 1861 and went on to become a journalist, diplomat and postmaster-general. He died in Philadelphia, PA, on 19 January 1908.

The collection contains correspondence to and from Charles E. Waring and Geraldine H. Waring. Dr. Waring was a professor in the Chemistry Department at the University of Connecticut from 1946 until his retirement in 1979.

The Charles G. Hall Papers contain correspondence, diaries, family papers, scrapbooks, photographs, publications, and other papers, relating to Hall's personal life, student days at Connecticut Agricultural College, activities as doorkeeper of Connecticut House of Representatives, state politics, events at University of Connecticut, and family affairs.

The Charles Olson Research Collection contains the literary works, correspondence, photographs, and personal, professional, and family papers of writer and poet Charles Olson. This collection also includes some administrative records of Black Mountain College.

The collection is comprised of handwritten journals dating from 1919 to 1949 documenting year-round activities of Charles Pease's beekeeping and apiary operation. The collection also contains clippings, promotional materials, periodicals, a photograph, and publications authored and printed by Charles Pease during his lifetime. The journals, in addition to documenting his hive production, maintenance and beekeeping activities, contain Pease's observations of the natural world, birds and birdlife, and flowering plants in Canaan, Connecticut.
