grievances against the Republic of Genoa for imprisoning two men for a small debt, misuse of Consul Kirke's money at the Bank of St. George, and constraints on English merchants. Accompanied by attestations of the two English prisoners, dated 1698 Mar 17, and of Consul Kirke and six merchants, three copies, dated 1698 Mar 22.
