This daybook contains 179 filled pages. Most entries run between February 1786 and late 1787. Pages 171-179 contain entries that are out of chronological order. These entries range from 1785 through 1788. There is a March 1787 entry mentioning a Sarah Cook and James Cook. A Moses Cook (presumably the son of, or related to, the Moses Cook killed in 1771 by Moses Paul)' is mentioned in another entry. On page 176 there is an entry for Silence Will, a Negro Woman. This entry is dated July 1786. The pages are in relatively good condition however the binding of the book is in poor condition, the spine is lacking, and the rear cover is detached.
