This addition to the Society of Clinical Surgery Records mirrors the arrangement of the original material: correspondence, histories, meetings, and membership, arranged chronologically within a category. There is some overlap in the Meetings files from the 1909 meeting (#12) through the 1977 meeting (#134) with the original material. This accession then continues with the 1978 meeting (#135) and continues through the 1990s.

This accession contains administrative files of the Society of Clinical Surgery, material concerning the Society's annual meetings, membership and admissions files concerning individual members of the Society, photographs of its members, and unidentified computer files.
