Small dummy, thin pale blue paper , 4 sheets folded to make 16pp, 127 x 95, on cover in biro: 'Mackintosh Buttons Simon Cutts' text/poems in biro throughout. Dummy, wrappers, sewn with mauve thread, 8pp, 126 x 89, black pen lettering throughout, on cover: 'Mackintosh Buttons' title page: 'Mackintosh Buttons Simon Cutts Coracle Press 1975'. Tall slim dummy, white covers, 320 x 112, in pen: 'Mackintosh Buttons' laid in: 12pp, 320 x 77, hand lettering in pen throughout, title page: 'Mackintosh Buttons Simon Cutts Coracle Press 1975'. Prototype booklet, wrappers (mauve smudges), 16pp, stapled, 147 x 89, cover and pages typed, page lettering in blue crayon, colophon in pencil, title page: 'Mackintosh Buttons Simon Cutts Sarum Press 1976'. Dummy, near square design, c 200 x 190, made up from cut sheets of stationery (reversed) with masking tape, contents typed, with corrections and markings in pencil, on front: 'Mackintosh Buttons' (typed), on top in biro: 'Cover'. Typescript, paper/format/layout as for previous entry, with similar but not identical contents. Typescript and holographic drafts of poems, same stationery (five sheets) as previous entries, but here stapled to stiffer A4 sheet. Set of 13 cards 'A Coracle No.7', with - on back - typed poems, many revisions by hand. Seven strips of paper, 230 x 93, typed poems, additions in biro. Typescript in A4, in front stapled: 11 sheets of more resolved poems, also attached (13 sheets): earlier drafts, mostly typed, some holographic. Miscellaneous drafts of poems, on variety of different papers, both typed and handwritten, c40 items, making use of, among other papers: reverse of three printed cards from 'Midland Group Christmas Shop', cover torn from Barclays Cheque book, reverse of Tarasque Press 'Treacle' card, masthead scrap torn off Observer newspaper. Two pieces of original artwork/design for Mackintosh Buttons.
