Documents gathered by NEA Secretary, including meeting agendas and minutes, reports submitted by committees for discussion at each board meeting, conference flyers and ephemera, annual report to the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (2015), by-laws and amendments. Of particular interest is "Bridging the Archival Gap: The Final Report of the NEA Constituencies Taskforce" (October 2015), quarterly board meetings sign-in sheets, and the results of a 2014 membership survey.

Treasurer's reports and financial statements (2007-2013), NEA poster and pamphlet for recruiting new members (undated), 2011 membership survey results, copies of email re membership issues and membership reports (2010), strategic plan (undated but likely 2009).

Meeting agendas for New England Archivists annual and Fall meetings, including those from 1973 (Bentley University; includes a memorandum on the first formal meeting of the New England Archivists, written by Erika S. Also includes "The State of NEA" flyers for 2016 and 2017, the final report of the Fall 2013 Symposium; a 2014 NEA Vice President/President-Elect Report; the results of membership surveys regarding the meetings (2009-2014); a proposal and other information about the NEA Member Services and Development Task Force; and correspondence about the planning of the Spring 2017 meeting in Hyannis, Massachusetts.
