This series consists of correspondence that mostly spans the earlier period of Louis Pollak's career as an attorney, legal scholar, and judge. Like the alphabetical correspondence series, these materials mostly pertain to Pollak's scholarly work and professional engagement, through writing, speaking engagements, and discussions with colleagues about important legal issues of the day, and also includes a substantial body of correspondence from the mid-to-late 1970s.
