Along with Speeches in Series IV, materials in this series document Brewster's public persona as Ambassador. The Clippings are mostly arranged alphabetically by publication title and are reflections on Brewster's ambassadorship by British journalists and commentators. The Interviews subseries consists of audio and video-recorded interviews and are arranged chronologically. They only cover his Ambassador years, but are quite extensive. Along with his speeches, they are valuable in documenting how Brewster shaped conversations in Britain about the United States in world affairs and the relationship between the United States and Great Britain.
