The papers consist of letters, legal papers, notes, scrapbook, and miscellaneous papers. When William Richard Cunningham Latson, author and an editor of Health Culture magazine, committed suicide, Weinberger took charge of the estate. This section contains letters to and from Latson before his death as well as Weinberger's correspondence with Latson's creditors, his publishers, and former associates. Also included are Weinberger's efforts to force the estranged husband of Latson's daughter to contribute to her support.
