The papers consist of letters, legal papers, notes, clippings, and miscellaneous papers. Weinberger was a close friend and advisor of the noted anarchist and radical Goldman. He represented her in several court cases and in some business matters. Weinberger was also an advisor of Goldman's associate Alexander Berkman. Material relating to both Goldman and Berkman is filed in this section.

The papers consist of letters, legal papers, and notes concerning Liveright Publishing Corporation vs. Joseph Gollomb, 1939-1940. Weinberger was attorney for Gollomb in a dispute over the royalties for Gollomb's book Armies of Spies.
