The papers consist of letters, legal papers, notes, and miscellaneous papers concerning Selwyn and Company and American Play Company vs. Hollywood Plays, 1938-1941. Weinberger represented Selwyn and Company and the American Play Company in a dispute with Hollywood Plays over the sale of the motion picture rights to Avery Hopwood's play Fair and Warmer. Weinberger obtained a judgment in favor of his clients in 1941.
