The Photographs Series includes black-and-white and color photographs. Subjects range from posed portraits of Goddard Lieberson to casual snapshots of family vacations. The "photo albums" subseries contains candid, professional-quality photographs depict Lieberson with various musicians and composers, often in the studio. These include artists such as Leonard Bernstein, Johnny Cash, Miles Davis, John Geilgud, Rex Harrison, Ethel Merman, Cole Porter, Igor Stravinsky and Teddy Wilson.
