In 2005, UDC held a retrospective exhibition, Policy and Design for Housing: Lessons of the Urban Development Corporation 1968-1975. As described in promotional materials, "The exhibition explores selected projects that demonstrate housing of differing conditions: urban and suburban; mixed income; high-rise and low-rise; varying densities; with various building materials and technologies."
