First Meeting, 1992-1993 Box 99, Folder 2

A preliminary meeting of the U.S. Commission on Immigration Reform was held in June of 1992 at Cardinal Law's residence in Boston with a majority of the members in attendance. The official first meeting with all present took place in December of that year in Washington, D.C. In this folder researchers will find the minutes of that preliminary gathering in Boston, and copies of the commission bylaws and work statement produced by the first official meeting in December.
