These case studies were written during a porject titled "Risk Management for a Harmonious Society in mainland China. The principals were Plowshares Institute, based in Simsbury, Connecticut, and Civic Exchange in Hong Kong. The first cases were written by the international leaders and later cases by project partiicpants in universities in Beijing, Nanjing, and Shanghai.
